Lockdown Workspace Update
As the UK enters into a month long lockdown on the 5th November 2020, we would like to reassure our members that spaces will be remain open and accessible throughout the lockdown period. For new enquires, are staff are working and we are here to help you with all your workspace needs. As letting agents are still permitted to continue to conduct viewings we are able to organise in person tours and virtual tours are also available. Please see below for more information.
For Exsisting Members
We would like to reassure our members the all our workspace locations remain open and accessible. As before, we are not required to shut and we understand that for many of our members continued access to their workspaces plays an essential role in their ability to work and run their businesses.
During this time, we ask all our members to familiarise themselves with our Covid Secure Members Guides.
In particular, to please continue to practice good hand hygiene, to only bring visitors onto the premises if it is essential to the running of your business and to stay at home if you feel unwell.

For new Space Enquiries
We are open and our staff are able to help with your workspace enquiry. We have studio, desk and office spaces available now on flexible monthly agreements. We are able to continue to offer in person viewings or virtual viewings if you prefer. To limit unnecessary visit’s to our workspaces we will discuss your requirements with you beforehand either by email or over the phone before you're viewing. You will need to wear a mask during your viewing and we ask you to read the Covid guidelines we send through before your appointment.

Sidecar Coffee Bar
Our cafe at Spare Street, Sidecar Coffee Bar will remain open for takeaway and deliveries only. In line with Government restrictions we will not be able to supply any seating for customers. We ask for only one customer at a time at the counter when ordering to take away and please wear a mask.
Opening times:
Mon - Fri: 8am - 4pm
Sat - Sun: 10am - 3pm
Available for click & collect and delivery via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
