Tier 2 Workspace Update
From the 2nd December London will be placed with Tier 2 restrictions and we would like to up date you on what affect this might mean for our workspaces and cafe.
As before our workspaces will be remain open and accessible as usual. We have now also introduced more flexible options in our coworking space, including daily desk rental, temporary and part time office hire.
For new enquires, our staff are working and we are here to help you with all your workspace needs. We are to continue to conduct viewings with both in person tours and virtual tours available. Please see below for more information.
For Existing Members
We would like to reassure our members the all our workspace locations remain open and accessible. We where not required to shut during November’s lockdown and as we move into Tier 2 we continue to remain open as usual. We understand that for many of our members continued access to their workspaces plays an essential role in their ability to work and run their businesses.
Whilst we continue to move into a more relaxed level of restrictions, we continue to follow our Covid Secure Members Guides.
In particular, to please continue to practice good hand hygiene, to only bring visitors onto the premises if it is essential to the running of your business and to stay at home if you feel unwell.

For New Space Enquiries
We are open and our staff are able to help with your workspace enquiry.
We have studio, desk and office spaces available now on flexible monthly agreements. Plus, we have now introduced daily desk rental at just £20 + VAT per day, time share offices available to rent just 1 - 3 days per week or on a temporary basis from 1 day - 1 month.
We are able to continue to offer in person viewings or virtual viewings if you prefer. You will need to wear a mask during your viewing and we ask you to read the Covid guidelines we send through before your appointment.

Sidecar Coffee Bar
Our cafe at Spare Street, Sidecar Coffee Bar will reopen with table service inside from the 2nd December. Inline with current guidelines, only those from the same household or support bubble will be able to book a table inside and a meal will need to be eaten in order to drink Alcohol. The rule of 6 will apply to any outdoor seating.
Sidecar will continue to be open for takeaway and deliveries also. We ask for only one customer at a time at the counter when ordering to take away and please wear a mask.

Mon - Fri: 8am - 4pm
Sat - Sun: 10am - 3pm
Available for click & collect and delivery via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
